Ligurian dishes (from “capon magro” to brandacuiun, from stuffed
vegetables to famous focaccia) moving up to the specialties that have
now become a signature dish in our kitchen, such as the “colatura”
anchovy sauce, the scialatielli, the swordfish in lemon leaves, the
legendary tiramisu with limoncello, the pastiera.
